My First Page

yay! ……let’s go

I’ve felt the need to have a web presence for some time since I don’t have social media like everyone else. I want a little space of the web to call my own, where I can publish whatever I want in whatever format I see fit.

First and foremost, I’m going to use this as a place to ramble about and share pictures of cool parts of the world I’ve been. Thru-hikes through The Rockies, funky hippie towns, a slow boat down the Mekong, that’s all going here. We’ll see what this site may grow into over the ages. Cooking tips, political rants, grievances against the local government, music stuff? Who knows?

I decided my first post should be of my favorite place in the world, the place I’ve called home for the past 5 years. Lake Merritt, Oakland, CA.
